If you are looking for a specific cut of meat or would like to make a "freezer beef" purchase, please list the cuts you'd like the most and what kind of beef; Australian Wagyu, 100% Grassfed Wagyu, Prime Beef, etc.

If you are interested in Butchering / Grilling classes, please list how many people would be in the class, the kind of meat you're interested in and the general area at which you'd host the event.
